LETTER LIII

Greetings in The Name of Jesus Christ, The Good Shepherd,

Troubleshooting

Thus says the Lord: ” Cursed is the man who trust in man And makes flesh his strength, Whose heart departs from the Lord. Jeremiah 17:5 NKJV

” Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is in the Lord. Jeremiah 17:7 NKJV

As we journey in this walk with Christ, we must press on from immaturity. We must quiet our voices of blame toward our Heavenly Father for our earthly woes. We must trust Him utterly with all external circumstances. Many ” believers, ” on a daily basis, blame God for all the troubles of their lives. This complaining shows our ignorance of God and His nature and the depths of our own depravity.

For centuries, prideful man has used Father God as scapegoat for all the ills of the world. The scriptures clearly reveal the origin of men’s troubles. The willful disobedience of angel and man are the root of earth’s problems and woe. The creation of angel and man with free will, by Almighty God, was the ultimate expression of love. The inerrant risk of that depth of love was that created beings could choose rebellion. They did.

We are all guilty of misunderstanding the ramifications of our sin. The fall and rejection of Father’s commands and it’s repercussions are of unfathomable magnitude. The redemption of creation was costly.

” FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE. John 3:16 NKJV

Murmuring and complaining is a sin. It confirms that we do not trust God and insinuates that Abba is incapable or that He does not care. Murmuring and complaining is rebellion. The book of Numbers details Father’s dealings with His rebellious children.

Now when the people complained, it displeased the Lord; for the Lord heard it, and His anger was aroused. So the fire of the Lord burned among them, and consumed some in the outskirts of the camp. Numbers 11:1 NKJV

Today, let us confess and repent of all murmuring and complaining.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Philippians 4:4 NKJV

your brother in Christ

P.S. Jesus Christ is coming soon.
