A Word from the Lord:
American christians you are half-way between money and delusion.
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which some have coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10 KJV
You cannot serve both God and money. Matthew 6:24B. NIV
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 1 John 2:15. KJV
The American church has forgotten these verses and many others. The Lord has not forgotten. A simple question will verify if you love money more than God. If the Lord asked you tomorrow to give all of your savings to the poor and to the orphans, would you? If He ask you to sell your home and give that money to the poor and orphans and live the rest of your life in a small trailer, would you obey? Most would not. Commit your resources to the Lord. They are His anyway.
Delusion, by its very nature, is harder to discern. If you are spending more time on the offerings of electronic media than the things of the Lord, you are deluded to some degree and that delusion is increasing. Turn off the electronics and open the pure Word.
