Deeper Things
A dream: I dreamed my wife and I were in a van driving through the back streets of a large city. As we turned down one particular road, we were stopped by some very official men who wanted to search our van. Apparently they were Secret Service on detail. They were protecting some very high ranking officials meeting in the adjacent building. They were very polite but unusually thorough in their search. Their search lasted for hours. I awoke.
The next morning, in my quiet time with the Lord, the dream came back to me. At this point I sensed the Holy Spirit speaking to me about the dream.
Interpretation: The time has come for all who call themselves followers of Christ, to allow The Holy Spirit access to every hidden room of our being. He must be permitted to search every corner. Whatever He uncovers must be exposed to the light of Christ. We must confess and repent of any sin or rebellion. All must be brought into conformity to Christ.
