LETTER LXXI

Greetings in The Name of Jesus Christ, The Root of David,

Promises

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 NKJV

The spotless Lamb of God became sin with our sins. Why? That we might be righteous with His righteousness. Oh the love of God! It is beyond comprehension.

For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death. 2 Corinthians 7:10 NKJV

There are two types of sorrow we experience. One, given by God, breaks us and leads us into repentance and restoration. The other, given by the world and dark entities, breaks us and leads us into death.

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich. 2 Corinthians 8:9 NKJV

Yes, this verse means what it says but with the understanding that our modern view of poverty and riches has been severely skewered. This blessing is given for the true poor. It is a promise to those who are without shelter, food, water and/or find themselves in crippling debt. Jesus came to bring ” riches ” to these poor. Jesus will raise you up out of your poverty and provide all of your needs. He will even give abundantly above so you give to others and lay up a modest inheritance for your children. If you have all of these things, in comparison to historic and modern mankind, you are rich. A word of warning to those who desire to be rich beyond these commodities: There are very FEW professed christians that can handle extreme wealth without it becoming their god. It is best to be satisfied with food and shelter and to live without debt.

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 2 Corinthians 9:6 NKJV

Sow bountifully.

Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; 1 Peter 4:12 NKJV

your brother in Christ

P.S. Jesus Christ is coming soon
