LETTER LXX

Greetings in The Name of Jesus Christ, The Judge of the quick and the dead,

Troubleshooting

People desire to be free from fear, worry, and anxiety. They do not, however, desire to walk in holiness and obedience. You cannot separate the two. The second element responsible for unrest in our thought life, is personal disobedience to God. This is the number one cause of emotional disquiet for a child of God.

We preach a strange form of Christianity in The West. We promise all of the blessings of God but neglect to teach ” the walk of obedience.” The born-again experience is given by grace and faith alone. The result of that genuine experience is a walk of obedience. Faith and works are inseparable.

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Romans 6:1-2 NKJV

Again I emphasize, a true believer’s walk can be encapsulated into two components. 1. In a supernatural act, from God’s end, we are given a new spirit. We are born again. 2. From our end, we recognize what Christ’s has accomplished for us and we lay down our remaining life as a living sacrifice of obedience.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1 NKJV

Then Jesus said to His disciples, ” If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. Matthew 16:24 NKJV

Our walk is to be one of holiness and obedience. This sanctification results in “the peace that passes all understanding.” Confess all known sin, repent, walk on.

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up. James 4:10 NKJV

your brother in Christ
