Promises
that you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, 1 Corinthians 1:5 NKJV
Through Christ, we can know all things and know how to speak in all situations.
who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 1:8 NKJV
Christ is able to stabilize us and hold us above reproach.
But as it is written: ” Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9 NKJV
It is impossible to fathom the goodness of God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Sprit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. 1 Corinthians 2:12 NKJV
As born-again believers in Christ, our source of wisdom is not of this world. The Holy Spirit allows us to see things the world cannot see.
Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each one will receive his own reward according to his own labor. 1 Corinthians 3:8 NKJV
We are one in the Body of Christ, yet, we will be rewarded as individuals.
Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours: 1 Corinthians 3:21 NKJV
I am constantly amazed at man’s wonder at other men and their accomplishments. Brothers and sisters in Christ, it is time you learn of your inheritance in Christ, both here in this age and the age to come. You are not a pauper. You are not insignificant.
And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:11 NKJV
We are clean. We are holy. We are viewed as having never sinned. Christ has done this.
No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 NKJV
Many of you are in the storm. This is your promise. It is true.
But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. 1 Timothy 6:11 NKJV
